• The firm's Electrical and Computer Technology litigation and Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) teams are growing, with a focus on matters requiring 4G/5G telecommunications with industry standards experience.
• Requires solid experience in patent litigation and inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the PTAB, including at least two years of solid litigation experience.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required; prior patent prosecution experience and a USPTO registration number are preferred.

The base annual pay range for this role is between $235,000 - $365,000. The base pay to be offered will vary and depend on skills and qualifications, experience, location and will also take into account internal equity. A full range of medical, financial and/or other benefits dependent on the position will also be offered.
