Overview

• The role supports Finnegan's Electrical and Computer Technology litigation and Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) teams.
• Candidates must have solid experience in patent litigation and inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the PTAB.
• Required experience includes 4G/5G telecommunications with industry standards.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is mandatory.
• Prior patent prosecution experience and USPTO registration are preferred.

Successful candidates must have 3-5 years of solid experience in patent litigation and inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the PTAB. Must have at least 2 years solid litigation experience. The base annual pay range for this role is between $235,000 - $365,000. The base pay to be offered will vary and depend on skills and qualifications, experience, location and will also take into account internal equity. A full range of medical, financial and/or other benefits dependent on the position will also be offered.
