Job summary

Castalia Systems is seeking a Mid-Level Western Hemisphere All-Source Analyst to conduct all-source analytic production on foreign defense programs and capabilities supporting a country’s military across basic, strategic, and industrial sectors. Role requires TS/SCI with willingness to take a polygraph, U.S.

citizenship, and a Bachelor’s degree (or 7+ years of experience). You will deliver strategic assessments and briefings, including complex written products for policymakers, under tight

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of all-source analysis, or 7+ years of all-source analysis in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with Ukraine/NATO and Western Hemispheric AOR all-source analysis.
• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements.
• Produce strategic-level assessments and products addressing research, development, acquisition, test, evaluation and production of foreign weapon systems and equipment.
• Deliver comprehensive production under pressure for senior stakeholders.
