Job summary

Equipaws Pet Services in Coral Gables and surrounding areas is seeking compassionate dog walkers and pet sitters. You'll visit homes to walk dogs, care for cats and other pets, and share updates with pet parents through photos and messages.

Starting with 10–15 hours per week, the role has potential to grow to 25–30 hours as you build client relationships. Training, safety certifications, and all supplies are provided as you join our trusted Miami team.

• Enjoys spending time outdoors (yes, even in the Miami sunshine and surprise rain!)
• Has a reliable car, a smartphone with data, and can pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Walk dogs through the charming streets of South Miami, Coral Gables, and Coconut Grove
• Care for cats, birds, bunnies, and other furry (and feathery!) friends in their homes
• Send updates and photos to pet parents so they can see how loved their pets are
• Provide vacation visits that include cuddles, meals, mail pick-up, and light home care

We care for each pet like they're our own and we're looking for dedicated, animal-loving people who do the same.

What You'll Do

• Walk dogs through the charming streets of South Miami, Coral Gables, and Coconut Grove
• Care for cats, birds, bunnies, and other furry (and feathery!) friends in their homes
• Send updates and photos to pet parents so they can see how loved their pets are
• Provide vacation visits that include cuddles, meals, mail pick-up, and light home care

Most visits happen between 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with some weekend and holiday pet-sitting opportunities, too.

Where We're Hiring

We're growing in Coral Gables and nearby neighborhoods like Pinecrest, South Miami, Coconut Grove, The Roads, and Brickell.

Start with around 10-15 hours per week, with room to grow your route to 25-30 hours weekly as you build relationships with our clients and pets!
