Role Overview:

As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying our customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained to support various store areas.

1. Model excellent customer service practices with internal and external customers.
2. Support and promote a positive store culture based on honesty, integrity, and respect.
3. Accurately process customer purchases and returns, and handle cash transactions following established procedures.
4. Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
5. Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale according to company procedures.
6. Participate in store recovery and ensure the store remains clean and organized.
7. Contribute to a safe environment by participating in safety awareness initiatives.
8. Support store shrink reduction efforts and participate in related programs.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing situations.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects, with or without reasonable accommodations.
