Job summary

Assisting Hands Home Care Littleton is hiring compassionate Mid-Day Caregivers to support clients in their own homes with daily routines, companionship, and safety. Shifts run Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, in Littleton and nearby areas, offering meaningful daytime work.

We offer competitive pay ranging from $19 to $25 per hour (overtime eligible), sick pay, a 401(k) plan, travel time reimbursement, ongoing training, and a supportive team dedicated to your growth and well-being.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a background check and CAPS check.
• Provide three professional references.
• Negative TB test within 30 days of hire.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and daily routines.
• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation.
• Prepare light meals and snacks.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Run errands or provide transportation to appointments.
• Offer medication reminders.
• Help clients stay safe, comfortable, and engaged at home.

What Your Day Might Look Like

As a Mid-Day Caregiver, you'll help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes by:

• Assisting with personal care and daily routines


• Providing companionship and meaningful conversation


• Preparing light meals and snacks


• Performing light housekeeping and laundry


• Running errands or providing transportation to appointments


• Offering medication reminders


• Helping clients enjoy a safe, comfortable, and engaging day

• Experienced in caregiving (at least one year preferred)
