Job summary

Assisting Hands Home Care Littleton is seeking compassionate Mid-Day Caregivers to help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

We offer Monday–Friday daytime shifts (10:00 AM–4:00 PM), competitive pay, and opportunities for training and advancement. Join a supportive team serving Littleton, Lakewood, Highlands Ranch, Ken Caryl and Morrison.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable and patient.
• Looking for consistent weekday daytime hours.
• Experienced in caregiving (at least one year preferred).
• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a background check and CAPS check.
• Able to provide three professional references.
• Able to provide a negative TB test within 30 days of hire.
• Comfortable working in homes with cats and/or dogs.
• Has a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care and daily routines.
• Providing companionship and meaningful conversation.
• Preparing light meals and snacks.
• Performing light housekeeping and laundry.
• Running errands or providing transportation to appointments.
• Offering medication reminders.
• Helping clients enjoy a safe, comfortable, and engaging day.

What Your Day Might Look Like

As a Mid-Day Caregiver, you'll help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes by:
