Job summary

SHR Consulting Group seeks a Data Analyst - Mid to support analytics, reporting, and data visualization for FEMA programs. You will develop dashboards in Power BI and Tableau, perform statistical analysis, validate data, and help with KPI creation, forecasting, and ad-hoc analyses.

A Bachelor’s degree in Math/Statistics and 3+ years of experience are required, with federal data standards knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a related role.
• Strong SQL and visualization skills.
• Working knowledge of Python/R.
• Understanding of federal data standards and metadata practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, or related field.
• Analytics Certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards in Power BI/Tableau.
• Perform statistical analysis and data validation.
• Support KPI creation, forecasting, and ad-hoc analysis.
• Document data definitions, lineage, and transformations.
• Support integration with cloud analytics platforms.
