Job summary

SHR is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead advanced analytics efforts supporting FEMA mission operations, cloud initiatives, and executive reporting. The role involves developing visualizations, predictive models, and analytic frameworks, and guiding data quality and governance across the enterprise.

The candidate will mentor junior analysts, define KPIs with leadership, and present findings to executives, contributing to SHR’s mission across defense, federal civilian, and intelligence markets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a related data analytics role.
• Expertise in SQL, Python or R, and BI tools.
• Strong statistical and analytical modeling capabilities.
• Experience presenting findings to executives.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in a related role.
• Expertise in SQL, Python/R, and BI tools.
• Strong statistical and analytical modeling capabilities.
• Experience presenting findings to executives.

Education and Certification Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Analytics Certifications Preferred.

Clearance Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust. Active Public Trust is preferred. FEMA Public Trust is highly preferred.
