Job summary

Prescient Edge is seeking a highly experienced analyst to evaluate intelligence products, develop metrics, and present actionable recommendations to the Government. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance with CI POLY or the ability to obtain one, and at least 8 years of domain experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the labor category.
• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to the labor category.
• An additional 4 years of experience in the labor category may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
• Security clearance TS/SCI with CI POLY or ability to obtain CI POLY.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates a sampling of finished intelligence products for the application of IC Analytic Tradecraft Standards and ICD 203 series compliance.
• Develops metrics, presents findings, and offers recommendations to the Government for improvement.
• Develops and implements self-assessment measures to minimize subjective variations in the data collected.
• Identifies strengths, weaknesses, trends, gaps, and notable features of analytic tradecraft in the intelligence production evaluated.
• Assists the Government to improve the rigor of its evaluation methods and enhance the integrity of the product evaluation process.

• Salary range: $100,000 - $140,000. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and the abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data. Description:
• Evaluates a sampling of finished intelligence products for the application of IC Analytic Tradecraft Standards and compliance with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 203 series.
• Develops metrics, presents findings, and offers recommendations to the Government for improvement.
• Develops and implements self-assessment measures to minimize subjective variations in the data collected.
• Identifies significant strengths, weaknesses, trends, gaps, and any other notable features of analytic tradecraft in the intelligence production evaluated.
• Assists the Government to improve the rigor of its evaluation methods and enhance the integrity of the product evaluation process. Job Requirements Desired experience:
• At least 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. Desired education:
• Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
• An additional 4 years of experience in the specific labor category, for a total of 12 years of experience in the specific labor category, may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• Security Clearance: Security clearance required TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY.
