Job summary

Cyntel Technologies, LLC seeks a Mid Analytic Facilitator at Goodfellow AFB, TX. This full-time position requires an active TS/SCI clearance and runs through early 2027.

The role focuses on preparing training materials, delivering briefings, and evaluating objects across multiple threat dimensions to support mission readiness. Required are a bachelor's degree with extensive related experience (or an associate degree with more years) and experience in All Source Intelligence with naval threats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience or Associate’s with 10+ years (experience may be considered in lieu of degree).
• Experience with All Source Intelligence MOS and adversary/threat context for surface ships, SAM systems, and ballistic missiles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare course materials, develop training exercises, and keep curriculum up to date with updates.
• Deliver pre-mission briefings and academic testing at the end of training events.
• Examine objects in the physical, functional, cognitive, temporal, and environmental realms and research related threat areas.

MID ANALYTIC FACILITATOR – Goodfellow AFB, TX

Full-Time

Clearance: Active TS/SCI

Position will only remain through Jan/Feb 2027

Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare course materials, develop training exercises, and keep curriculum up to date with any technology, system, or tool updates.
• Deliver pre-mission briefings and deliver academic testing at close of training events.
• Training topics shall include examining objects in the physical, functional, cognitive, temporal, and environmental realm and researching those areas on threat objects.

Required Education

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience OR Associate’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience. (Experience may be considered in lieu of degree).

Required Experience

• All Source Intelligence MOS
• Experience with adversary/threat background for surface ship combatants, surface to air missile systems, and ballistic missiles.

Desired Qualifications

• Recent experience performing OSA and OBP for USAF.
