Job summary

Vitruvian Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized, high-level care to critically ill or unstable patients within our ICU team in Tennessee. You will manage complex life-support equipment, administer medications, and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to respond rapidly to changing patient conditions.

The ideal candidate will have a Tennessee license (or Compact), current BLS and ACLS, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Experience: Two years ICU experience preferred.
• Licenses/Certificates: Tennessee or Compact state RN license; BLS and ACLS required; ACLS must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized, continuous, and high-level care to critically ill or unstable patients.
• Manage complex life‑support equipment, administer medications, track rapid shifts in patient status, and work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor mechanical ventilators and CRRT as applicable.
• Conduct head‑to‑toe assessments and monitor vital signs, rhythms, and hemodynamics.

Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

• Provide specialized, continuous, and high-level care to critically ill or unstable patients.
• Manage complex life‑support equipment, administer medications, track rapid shifts in patient status, and work alongside multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Monitor mechanical ventilators and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT).
• Conduct head‑to‑toe physical assessments and continuously monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and hemodynamic parameters.

Qualifications

• Education: Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing as evidenced by verification of state licensure.
• Experience: Two years of experience in an ICU setting is preferred.
• Licenses/Certificates: Current Tennessee or Compact State registered nurse license required. Current BLS and ACLS required. If not ACLS certified on hire, must acquire within 30 days.
