Job summary

MICU RN Nights & EOW - 36hrs (Floating Required) at Salem Hospital, MA. Requires 2+ years MICU experience and ability to read telemetry strips. This 20-bed MICU within a 400+ bed facility uses EPIC for charting and operates with Attending physicians and Residents on site 24 hours.

Floating across Medical/Surgical units is required. Shifts rotate with day/night coverage; night shift does not rotate. RN ratios are 1:2 or 1:1 with high acuity, 1:4 or 1:5 when floater.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in adult MICU required.
• Must be able to read tele strips accurately.
• Telemetry competency required.

Responsibilities

• Floating to Medical/Surgical units as needed.
• Rotating shifts with day/night coverage.
• EMR EPIC charting used.
• Work in a 20-bed MICU within Salem Hospital.
