Job summary

Texas Health Dallas is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Medical ICU (MICU). The role offers a full-time night schedule (7 PM–7 AM) totaling 36 hours per week, with some weekends and holidays. Ideal candidates have an RN license in Texas, ICU experience, and BCLS/ACLS certification.

CLIAFE compliance is required for foreign education equivalency. Join a team with 24/7 intensivist support, ongoing education, and opportunities to engage in unit and hospital affairs.

Qualifications

• RN licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing.
• 1 year ICU nursing experience or completion of an RN residency program.
• ACLS and BCLS training completed; CPI training within required timeframe.
• CLIAFE compliance with foreign education equivalency rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care and monitor ICU patients.
• Demonstrate active listening and non-judgmental patient interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
