Cleveland Clinic Martin North Hospital is a state-of-the-art medical campus with a 24/7 MICU, part of the Cleveland Clinic Health System. As an RN on nights, you will deliver expert critical care, advocate for patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across campuses.

You will interact with patients, families and staff, while engaging in ongoing professional development and training opportunities offered by the system.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN)
• Current state RN license
• BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross)
• ACLS certification upon hire or within first year
• One year of acute care RN experience or licensed military RN experience

Aufgaben

• Provide direct nursing care
• Implement and monitor patient care plans
• Monitor, record and communicate patients' conditions
• Evaluate, update and revise plan of care to meet outcomes
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders
• Assess and coordinate discharge needs
• Educate patients and families with culturally appropriate materials
• Administer prescribed meds and treatments per nursing protocol
