Key Duties

• Conduct accurate, ongoing assessments and clinical reassessments
• Administer and manage complex medication regimens and ventilators
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families on care plans and treatment
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Mentor and support newer nursing staff
