• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred. All newly hired registered nurses must have current BCL.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health data and formulate care plans.
• Identify expected outcomes for individualized care.
• Develop and modify a plan of care to attain outcomes.
• Implement the identified plan of care.
• Coordinate care delivery and transitions in care.
• Provide health teaching and promote health in a safe environment.
• Evaluate progress toward attainment of outcomes.
