Job summary

Best Buy in the United States invites a Retail Sales Specialist for Microsoft products. You’ll engage with customers to understand their needs and budgets while providing expert service and recommendations, keeping current on required trainings and certifications.

You’ll help customers feel excited and confident, generate opportunities, maintain department merchandising, and work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends to support store goals and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or related field
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends
