Best Buy in the United States is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist for Microsoft products to help customers find solutions that fit their needs and budget. You’ll deliver expert service, stay current with trainings, and create memorable shopping experiences.

In this role you’ll engage with customers, complete transactions, and work with a team to meet sales goals. You’ll use product knowledge to recommend premium tech solutions and participate in ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or related field.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
