Power Home Remodeling is seeking a Systems Engineer to enhance their Microsoft Infrastructure and ERP systems at their Jenkintown headquarters. This role focuses on maintaining mission-critical IT systems and supporting production environments.

Responsibilities include planning server infrastructure, performing system upgrades, responding to incidents, and improving infrastructure using automation. Qualifications

• Strong experience administering Windows Server environments (2016-2022).
• Experience supporting on-premise Microsoft infrastructure including DNS, Group Policy, and high availability solutions.
• Experience supporting ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains.

Responsibilities

• Plan, provision, and maintain on-premise hardware and server infrastructure.
• Perform system upgrades and lifecycle management for infrastructure and ERP systems.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and system issues across multiple layers.
