This role involves building and maintaining the infrastructure for critical Corporate IT Systems, especially focused on Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains. Qualifications

• Strong experience administering Windows Server environments (2016-2022).
• Experience supporting on-premise Microsoft infrastructure.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
• Experience with automation tools and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, provision, and maintain on-premise hardware and server infrastructure.
• Perform system upgrades and patching for ERP-supporting systems.
• Coordinate with ERP vendors on projects and support tickets.
• Maintain accurate documentation and operational procedures.
