This position is a telecommute position and can be located anywhere within Texas.

Position Overview:

Weaver Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Solutions Engineer with deep expertise across Microsoft technologies, with a particular emphasis on Local Active Directory, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM | SCCM), and Microsoft Exchange. This role requires hands-on experience in planning, deploying, and supporting enterprise-scale solutions, along with strong client-facing communication and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include install and support of Microsoft products and solutions provided by Weaver Technologies. You will bring configuration and consulting expertise with Microsoft technologies including MS MECM | SCCM, MS Azure, MS Active Directory, Exchange Upgrades, and O365 Migration solutions to our client’s implementations. You will work with our clients to provide successful deployments, upgrades, knowledge transfer and documentation.

• Lead the installation, configuration, and support of Microsoft technologies including Active Directory (on-premises), MECM, Exchange, O365 migrations, Azure, and related services.

• Collaborate with clients to ensure successful solution delivery, including upgrades, deployments, knowledge transfer, and thorough documentation.

• Support identity management systems, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft virtualization technologies.

• Participate in project planning with the Weaver Project Team to ensure clean hand-offs and high client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate can address all of the previously mentioned technologies, speak to them professionally, plan for and implement these solutions, document to Weaver’s standards the finalized deployments, and hand-off to the customer in collaboration with the Weaver Project Team.

Technical certifications for the above technologies and a diverse background in supporting enterprise IT datacenters are highly desired.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated expertise in Local Active Directory, MECM | SCCM, and Microsoft Exchange, including migrations and upgrades.

• Solid experience with Microsoft Azure, O365, DNS, DHCP, and Identity Management.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Hypervisor and a basic understanding of VMware data center environments.

• Strong documentation, communication, and consulting skills with a focus on enterprise IT environments.

• Relevant Microsoft certifications highly preferred.
