Responsabilités

• Architect, deploy, and maintain Windows Server environments with AD DS, DNS/DHCP, GPOs, and PKI/AD CS.
• Develop delegated administration model and RBAC with strong identity solutions.
• Automate infrastructure using PowerShell and modern tooling.
• Enforce system hardening, DISA STIG compliance, and vulnerability remediation.
• Troubleshoot complex virtualization, network, and OS issues; perform root-cause analysis.

• Architect, deploy, and maintain resilient Microsoft systems, including Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Group Policy, PKI/AD CS, and storage services.
• Develop delegated administration model, role-based access controls (RBAC), and robust identity solutions.
• Drive infrastructure automation using advanced PowerShell scripting and modern tooling.
• Enforce system hardening, vulnerability remediation, and DISA STIG compliance.
• Perform high-level troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex virtualization, enterprise network, and operating system issues.
• Author detailed operational standards, system designs, and technical documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
• Experience: Minimum 16 years of combined education and professional experience (or equivalent degree pairings, e.g., Bachelor’s + 12 years).
• 7+ years focused on designing and maintaining enterprise-scale Windows Server environments.
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Active Directory DS, Group Policy, PKI/AD CS, DNS/DHCP, and high-availability clustering.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper‑V) and core networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, network segmentation).
• Demonstrated mastery in PowerShell automation, configuration management, and enterprise patch deployment.
• Proficiency with DISA STIGs, least-privilege security models, and system hardening.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-site or geographically distributed Active Directory forests, domain consolidations, and complex migrations.
• Familiarity with modern infrastructure-as-code tools such as Ansible or Terraform.
• Knowledge of enterprise VDI technologies, FSLogix, DEM, or desktop engineering frameworks.
• Exposure to Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) integration within Windows environments.
• Background in Zero Trust architectures, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity strategies.
