Job summary

EY is launching a next-generation Microsoft Enterprise Platform capability within our National Consulting Microsoft Business Applications practice. We are hiring Senior Managers to help build, scale, and deliver this capability across AI, Security, and Cloud domains.

As part of this team, you will shape enterprise-grade Microsoft solutions, lead engagements across Microsoft technologies (Azure, Microsoft 365, Defender, Entra ID, Purview), and partner with sales, architecture, and delivery teams

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field
10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud, AI, or enterprise technology
Experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Security, AI, or Dynamics
Demonstrated ability to operate across Sales (pre-sales, proposals, solutioning) and Delivery (execution, program leadership)
Strong client-facing consulting experience managing senior stakeholders
Microsoft certifications (Azure, Security, AI, or Copilot-related certifications)
Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP

Responsibilities

Lead delivery or solutioning of Microsoft Enterprise Platform engagements across AI, Security, and Cloud
Design and implement enterprise-scale Microsoft solutions aligned to business outcomes
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across security, identity, data, and cloud architecture
Collaborate across sales, architecture, and delivery teams to drive successful client outcomes
Support the growth and scaling of EY’s Microsoft Enterprise Platform capability
