Best Buy in Carmel, IN is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist for Microsoft products to understand customer needs and recommend solutions across devices and services. You’ll stay current through required trainings and certifications while delivering expert service that makes customers feel excited and confident.

In this part-time role you’ll work with the team to meet sales goals, manage promotions, and maintain department merchandising. Training and development are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or related field.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury or complex technology solutions.
• 1 year of experience working with consumer electronics products and services.
