Job summary

As a Retail Sales Specialist for Microsoft products at Best Buy, you’ll engage with customers to understand their needs and budget while providing expert service and recommendations. You’ll maintain knowledge through required trainings and certifications, helping customers feel excited and confident.

In this role you’ll engage with customers, complete transactions, and drive profitable growth while maintaining department merchandising and organization.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or related field.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Preferred: experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury or complex technology solutions.
• Preferred: 1 year of experience working with consumer electronics products and services.
