Job summary

MIL Corporation is seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Developer (Software Engineering, Associate) in the Washington, DC area. The role focuses on building Power Platform apps, PowerBI dashboards, and RPA/AI solutions to support MIL’s internal development needs.

The position currently offers a hybrid schedule and requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy MS 365 enabled solutions, with opportunities for testing, training, and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• 7 years of technical experience in systems or application development, requirements development and/or automated financial systems analysis.
• Experience building MS Power Platform apps utilizing PowerApps, PowerBI, PowerAutomate, SharePoint and associated tools.
• Solid understanding of the full software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, high level and detailed systems design, agile development practices, QA testing outcomes and production monitoring.
• Ability to troubleshoot and fix issues with existing tools built on Microsoft 365 SharePoint, UiPath and AI apps.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Must communicate technical and non-technical information clearly, orally and in writing.

Microsoft Power Platform Developer (Software Engineering, Associate) Position Location Washington, DC

The MIL Corporation seeks a Microsoft Power Platform Developer (Software Engineering, Associate) to support MIL internal development needs. Responsibilities include building MS Power apps, PowerBI dashboards, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) apps.

This position currently requires a hybrid schedule. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements.

This position is currently unfunded and is being posted in anticipation of a future contract award and funding approval. We are proactively identifying and engaging with qualified candidates. While candidates may be contacted for pre-screening, any hiring decisions will be contingent upon funding availability and final program requirements or client approval.

Required Qualifications

• Must have the ability to communicate technical as well as non-technical information clearly, both orally and in writing.

Desired Qualifications

• Support and deployment of Microsoft 365 application solutions including, but not limited to, SharePoint Framework solutions, App Service deployments, Serverless functions, and Power Platform solution.
• Experience with RPA and AI applications.
• Understanding of enterprise frameworks and best practices for development.

BA/BS degree in Information Technology or other related fields

For this position, the projected compensation range is $115,000 - $150,000 per year. This estimate represents the typical salary range and is just one part of MIL's complete compensation package.
