AI Developer (Software Engineering, Associate) Position Location Washington, DC
The MIL Corporation seeks an AI Developer (Software Engineering, Associate) to support the design, development, and implementation of AI, automation, and software solutions for internal and external clients. The ideal candidate will have a broad technical background and be comfortable working across AI/ML, software development, process automation, data integration, and business applications. This role will support a variety of government and back-office use cases and requires someone who can quickly learn new technologies, understand business processes, and develop practical solutions using both emerging and established tools.
This position currently requires a hybrid schedule. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements.
This position is currently unfunded and is being posted in anticipation of a future contract award and funding approval. We are proactively identifying and engaging with qualified candidates. While candidates may be contacted for pre-screening, any hiring decisions will be contingent upon funding availability and final program requirements or client approval.
Up to 25%
BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or another relevant technical or business field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance

For this position, the projected compensation range is $115,000 - $150,000 per year. This estimate represents the typical salary range and is just one part of MIL’s complete compensation package.
