• Complete assigned development or configuration work according to project requirements and timelines.
• Communicate progress, blockers, and technical findings to management and team members.
• Collaborate with internal staff to ensure smooth integration of tasks and handoffs.
• Meet with customers to gather requirements and ensure delivered product operates smoothly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of changes, fixes, and enhancements.

• Complete assigned development or configuration work according to project requirements and timelines.

• Collaborate with internal staff to ensure smooth integration of tasks and handoffs.
• Meet with customers to gather requirements, answer questions, and help ensure their delivered product operates smoothly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of changes, fixes, and enhancements for future reference and team continuity.
