Salary:

As a Microsoft Power Platform/D365 Architect at Sprezzatura, you will support a high-profile software development project for the Department of Veterans Affairs. The ideal candidate has a background in Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 CRM development and administration, with responsibilities including managing security, troubleshooting, and end-user support. This role offers direct exposure to core business processes, focusing on ensuring customer success through scalable solutions, processes, and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the daily operational readiness of VAs enterprise Microsoft Power Platform and supporting teams.
• Participate actively in the enterprise Power Platform program to guide its roadmap and address gaps.
• Manage security, users, roles, profiles, groups, queues, and setup options.
• Maintain the integrity of services integrated with cloud environments, including in-house and external systems.
• Contribute throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Design and implement Power Platform/D365 solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Develop Power Apps and Power Platform solutions, mentoring both pro-developers and developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent client interactions and solution delivery.
• Align business strategy with software capabilities for current and future products.
• Architect and design Power Platform tenants/environments, coordinating with IT, Security, and other groups.
• Support end-user training and act as an escalation point for internal issues.
• Provide hands-on experience with Power Apps, including model-driven and canvas apps.
• Identify trends and future needs to enhance service quality.
• Document architecture deliverables adhering to standards and best practices.
• Lead technical design sessions and guide solution decisions.
• Perform code reviews to ensure solutions align with architecture and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 CRM development.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• US or green card holder, able to obtain and maintain a government public trust clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a computer discipline or equivalent experience.
• Core skills include Javascript, Liquid, SQL, .NET, Power Apps, Dynamics CRM, Microsoft DataVerse, Power Automate.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience designing and developing Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps using Dataverse, SharePoint, or other databases.

Certifications or Willingness to Obtain:

• PL-900 Power Platform Fundamentals
• PL-100 Power Platform App Maker
• PL-400 Power Platform Developer
• PL-200 Power Platform Functional Consultant
• PL/MB-600 Microsoft Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect
• MB-901 Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365 Fundamentals
