About the Role

We are seeking a Copilot Engineer with experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and strong Python skills. The role involves designing intelligent automation solutions, integrating AI capabilities like Microsoft Copilot or Azure AI, and empowering business users through low-code and scripting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform components.
  • Integrate Microsoft Copilot or Azure OpenAI services with Power Platform.
  • Develop custom connectors and automation logic using Python and REST APIs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Work on AI-enhanced applications combining Power Platform with machine learning.
  • Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards.
  • Provide documentation, training, and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Proficient in Python.
  • Experience with REST APIs, custom connectors, Azure services.
  • Familiarity with Copilot AI, Azure OpenAI, or similar tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-400).
  • Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Microsoft Dataverse.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and tools.
