We are currently seeking a Microsoft O365 Messaging Administrator to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US).

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft O365 Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our Microsoft 365 environment. This role is critical in ensuring seamless collaboration, communication, and productivity across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365 services, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to system administration and user support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administration & Support
  • Manage and administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for O365-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and security.
  • User & License Management
  • Create, manage, and deprovision user accounts, groups, and licenses.
  • Maintain role-based access controls and security groups.
  • Security & Compliance
  • Implement and enforce security policies, MFA, and conditional access.
  • Monitor compliance with data governance, retention, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and reporting on O365 usage and security.
  • Support integration of O365 with third-party applications and services.
  • Assist with migrations, upgrades, and new feature rollouts.
  • Provide training and documentation for end-users and IT staff.
  • Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates, features, and best practices.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance productivity and security.
Qualifications
  • Education & Experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
    • 3+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
Preferred Skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Admin Center, PowerShell scripting, and Azure Active Directory.
  • Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive administration.
  • Familiarity with Intune, Endpoint Manager, and security/compliance tools.
  • Experience with hybrid environments (on-premises AD + Azure AD) is a plus.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $87,952 – $195,450. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
