Job description

  • Managing SharePoint Online sites and metadata structures.

  • Strong experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and PowerShell scripting for process automation.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.

  • Experience troubleshooting SharePoint technical issues and providing user support.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and Microsoft Graph API is a plus.

  • Knowledge of data governance best practices for enterprise knowledge management.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills with experience providing training and support to end-users.

  • Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate or SharePoint Administrator Associate are a plus.

This position is onsite at the Thurgood Marshall Federal Judiciary Building in Washington, D.C. Telework may be considered on a case-by-case basis with approval from the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and appropriate Government Task Leads (GTLs).
