Job summary

Senovo IT Ltd is seeking an experienced Microsoft Fabric Expert / Data Analytics Engineer to design and implement modern data analytics and reporting solutions for a major US-based organisation. The role is remote and English language proficient, with Polish and English language requirements noted.

You will engage with clients, understand business problems, design the right architecture, and deliver end-to-end solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end data solutions using Microsoft Fabric.

• Work directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and KPIs.
• Support the implementation of GenAI-powered analytics, including natural language querying and Chat with Your Data.
• Take ownership of solution architecture, technical decisions, and delivery.

A Microsoft Fabric technical expert with a solution architect's mindset and strong consulting skills. Someone who can engage with the client, understand the business problem, design the right architecture, and take full ownership of delivering the solution from start to finish.

The key priority is finding a hands-on Microsoft Fabric specialist who has experience not just developing, but also designing, architecting, and implementing end-to-end solutions.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with a consultative mindset, capable of working directly with business stakeholders, understanding requirements, proposing solutions, and independently driving project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end data solutions using Microsoft Fabric.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Work directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and measurable KPIs.
• Support the implementation of GenAI-powered analytics, including natural language querying and "Chat with Your Data" capabilities.
• Take ownership of solution architecture, technical decisions, and delivery.

Required Skills

• Proven experience designing and implementing complete Microsoft Fabric solutions, not just developing individual components.
• Advanced Power BI, DAX, and semantic data modelling.
• Strong SQL and Python / PySpark skills.
• Experience integrating data from APIs, databases, and other sources.
• English C1 – comfortable working directly with US-based stakeholders.
