Job summary

Experis is seeking a Lead Implementation Architect to drive the Microsoft Fabric and Power BI COE strategy in a Charlotte-based hybrid environment. You will lead delivery of cloud analytics architecture, align with business peers, and ensure timely deployments for enterprise-scale reporting.

The role requires 10+ years in data analytics, 5+ years of cloud data architecture, and hands-on Power BI development with ANSI-SQL/T-SQL expertise, leveraging MS Fabric and Azure.

Job Title: Lead Implementation Architect (MS Fabric)

Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay Range: $68-70/hour

About The Role

• Hybrid - 3 days onsite
• 12+ month contract role on W2 (potential to extend)
• No C2C - W2 ONLY
• Open to USC, GC, GC EAD, H4

Responsibilities

• Leading development and support of Power BI COE
• Work closely with the rest of the Power BI team and business peers to establish Microsoft Fabric platform for the Enterprise
• This person should be able to deliver in a fast paced and deadline-driven environment

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Data Analytics and Reporting experience.
• 5+ years of Cloud data architecture experience.
• 2+ years of Microsoft Fabric & Azure experience.
• Hands-on development Experience using Power BI.
• Proficient with querying languages, such as ANSI-SQL, T-SQL

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading or supporting enterprise Power BI Cloud implementations
• Hands on experience with SSRS modernization and migration to Power BI / PBIRS Familiarity with Power BI Premium and Microsoft Fabric capacity planning
• Experience establishing COE standards, governance frameworks, and operating models
