The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Microsoft Fabric architecture, implementation, optimization, and migration, along with a solid background in data engineering, data warehousing, analytics, and Power BI. Nice to Have: Previous experience with Informatica or similar enterprise ETL platforms, particularly migration/modernization projects. Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, SSIS, SSRS, ADLS, Databricks, and other Azure data services is a strong plus.
Must Have: This is a hands-on architect role , not a purely advisory/management position. The candidate must be comfortable designing the architecture as well as working directly with SQL, notebooks, pipelines, data models, Fabric workloads, and troubleshooting implementation issues. Onsite presence at our Northville, Michigan office is required.
