Job summary

Sistema Technologies is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Developer for a 12-month engagement in Austin, TX. You will perform new development and enhancements on the Dynamics implementation, plus production support across multiple environments.

As part of the team, you will participate in backlog grooming, daily scrums, and requirement gathering, collaborating with BAs, developers, and QA to deliver robust CRM solutions and integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 V9 (on-prem or online) in the Service module.
• Create and consume SOAP/REST web services.
• Exposure to URS (Universal Resource Scheduling) within the online service module.
• Experience creating complex CRM actions and workflows.
• Experience creating C#.NET plugins and custom workflow activities.
• Experience working with relational databases and writing SQL.
• Experience with Power BI paginated reports, DAX and M Query.

Responsibilities

• Participate in backlog grooming sessions and daily scrums.
• Gather requirements with BAs, devs, and QA as needed.
• Provide the scrum team with regular updates on progress.
• Represent technical concerns, options, and potential impacts of changes.
• Triage and resolve technical issues escalated from production and non-production environments.

Sistema is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Developer with our government client based in Austin, TX for a 12 Month position.

This person will be performing new development and enhancement activities of our current Dynamics implantation as well as performing production support.

This person will participate in backlog grooming sessions, daily scrums, and requirement gathering sessions. Collaborate with business analysts, development team, and quality assurance teams as needed. Provide scrum team with regular updates. Actively represent technical concerns, options, and potential impact of changes. Triage and resolve technical issues escalated from production and multiple non-production environments.

• Required Skills:Experience with Dynamics 365 V9 (on-prem or online) preferably in ‘Service’ Module
