Job summary

EMCOR Mechanical Services in South Windsor, CT is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to design, customize, and implement solutions within the Dynamics 365 CRM platform.

You will work with business analysts and stakeholders to deliver scalable CRM solutions, develop plugins and integrations using C#, .NET, and JavaScript, and implement Power Platform components. A solid background in SQL Server and data modeling is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences/engineering, associated discipline, or equivalent technical experience.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience developing proven solutions in customization and development for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps and the Dynamics 365 SDK)
• Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub for version control and CI/CD pipeline management
• Familiarity with SQL Server and data modeling
• Ability to build advanced data visualizations using Power BI and SSRS
• Ability to communicate with, understand, and translate business needs into software development requirements.

Physical Demands

Ability to work in an office environment using laptop, cell phone, and office phones. Must be able to work with EST business hours regardless of physical location

Work Environment

Will interact frequently with members of Management, IT QA, BA teams and various business stakeholders.
