Job summary

EMCOR Mechanical Services has an opportunity for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer in South Windsor, CT. The CRM Developer will design, develop, customize, and implement solutions within the Dynamics 365 CRM platform, collaborating with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable CRM solutions.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of Dynamics 365 CRM customization experience, strong skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Power Platform/Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science/engineering
• 2+ years of Dynamics 365 CRM customization/development experience
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience with Power Platform and Power BI

Responsibilities

• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing)
• Develop plugins, workflows, and integrations using C#, .NET, and JavaScript
• Provide CRM troubleshooting and support
• Implement Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Manage data migration and data integrity across systems
• Integrate CRM with other enterprise systems via APIs
