MSM Technology is seeking an SME Software Developer, Applications to deliver advanced enterprise solutions centered on Dynamics 365 CRM and the Power Platform. The role requires extensive hands-on experience with C#, .NET, Web API, and SQL Server, along with CRM customization, integration, data migration, and modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

10+ years of software development experience required.
Bachelor's degree or higher in statistics, CS, math, or related field.
Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Strong development experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET, Web API, or similar Microsoft technologies.
Experience creating CRM plugins, JavaScript resources, custom entities, forms, views, and security roles.
Experience integrating enterprise apps using REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML.
Strong SQL Server experience with database development and reporting.
Experience in enterprise application modernization or enhancement initiatives.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, stakeholders, and federal clients.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
Configure custom entities, forms, views, workflows, and CRM security models.
Develop CRM plugins and JavaScript resources with C# and Dynamics SDK.
Build Power Apps and Power Automate workflows for business process automation.

Description

The SME Software Developer, Applications will provide advanced technical expertise in the design, development, configuration, integration, enhancement, and sustainment of enterprise applications supporting Department of State (DOS) business operations. The position will specialize in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft Power Platform, .NET technologies, application integration, SQL Server, and enterprise application modernization. The SME Software Developer will collaborate with government stakeholders, technical teams, and business users to develop application solutions, automate business processes, support data migration and integration activities, troubleshoot production issues, and deliver technical solutions that address operational requirements.

Description

Duties and Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM and the Microsoft Power Platform.
Configure custom entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, and CRM security models.
Develop CRM plug-ins, JavaScript web resources, and custom business logic using C#, JavaScript, and the Dynamics CRM SDK.
Build and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to support business process automation.
Develop and enhance custom applications using .NET, ASP.NET, Web API, C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and related technologies.
Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions with external systems using REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML, and web services.
Support SQL Server database development, including stored procedures, views, triggers, data queries, and reporting support.
Support automated notifications, workflow processes, and system-triggered business logic.
Support data migration, application modernization, and enterprise application enhancement activities.
Troubleshoot application issues, support production systems, and implement enhancements based on user and stakeholder needs.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, estimation, and status updates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document technical solutions, and deliver high-quality software.

Requirements

Required Skills:

10+ years of software development experience
Bachelor's degree or higher in statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
Hands-on experience developing and supporting Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
