We are expanding our US delivery and pre-sales leadership and are seeking a domestic US-based Senior Functional Consultant who thrives in both solution delivery and client-facing sales engagements.

Role Overview

This is a hybrid delivery + pre-sales role.

You will lead functional design and implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations while also supporting solution architecture, RFP responses, executive workshops, and new client pursuits.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable:

• Leading a requirements workshop
• Supporting a complex ERP RFP

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end D365 F&O implementations (Finance preferred; SCM a plus)
• Run client discovery and requirements workshops
• Design scalable, upgrade-safe functional solutions
• Configure and validate system functionality
• Oversee UAT, training, and go-live support
• Advise clients on best practices and modernization opportunities

Pre-Sales & Solutioning

• Support RFP responses and proposal writing
• Participate in executive-level discovery calls
• Lead solution demos and whiteboarding sessions
• Translate business needs into architecture-level recommendations
• Collaborate with technical architects on solution design
• Support effort estimation and project scoping

Required Experience

• 7+ years Dynamics AX / D365 F&O experience
• Deep functional expertise in:
• AP / AR
• Fixed Assets
• Intercompany
• Budgeting / Forecasting
• Multi-entity environments
• Experience leading at least 3 full-cycle D365 F&O implementations
• Experience supporting ERP pre-sales or RFP processes
• US-based with ability to travel domestically as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, retail, or logistics
• Exposure to AI/automation within ERP environments
• Experience in complex integration environments
• Familiarity with Power Platform and analytics tools
