Job summary

Vertage Inc. is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Copilot Tech Lead to design, develop, and deliver enterprise solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and Copilot AI.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a senior professional with CRM and AI expertise, based in Dearborn, MI (Hybrid - 4 Days Onsite, Monday-Thursday) on a 12-month contract. The ideal candidate will drive architecture decisions, mentor development teams, and deliver innovative business solutions

Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering and enterprise app development.
• Extensive hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM experience.
• Proven leadership in enterprise Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.
• Experience with Azure cloud-native integrations.
• Hands-on with Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Azure OpenAI.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 plugins, custom workflows, XRM Framework, OData, and Web APIs.
• Master's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and technical design for Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot, and Azure initiatives.
• Design and implement custom Copilots and AI agents using Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Services.
• Develop and oversee Dynamics 365 customizations, integrations, plugins, workflows, and Web API solutions.
• Lead development of Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
• Establish engineering best practices for code quality, security, performance, testing, and deployment.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and provide technical leadership to development teams.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Support enterprise-scale deployments and production operations.

We are seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Copilot Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft's AI ecosystem.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a seasoned professional who combines deep Dynamics 365 CRM expertise with modern AI and Copilot technologies. Required Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Azure OpenAI.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 plugins, custom workflows, XRM Framework, OData, and Web APIs.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform solutions.
• Experience with GitHub, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Jira.
• Master's Degree required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Enterprise conversational AI and virtual assistant development.
• Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, AI agent orchestration, and AI solution governance.
• Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Omnichannel experience.
• Experience with identity management, data protection, observability, and platform governance.
