Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Business Analyst

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sr. Business Analyst is responsible for leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE projects within the NTT Data Microsoft Center of Excellence (CoE). They will collaborate with the Microsoft practice, onsite Architects, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Provide functional expertise, leadership, and direction to technical teams, ensuring proper integration and implementation of technical architecture.
• Lead business requirement sessions and workshops to develop Microsoft Dynamics & Power Platform solutions that meet client needs.
• Conduct end-to-end fit-gap analysis, gather requirements, and oversee functional & technical governance and best practices.
• Draft user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Mentor CRM developers, acting as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation.
• Interact daily with business teams and project managers to communicate scheduling, risks, issues, and changes.
• Participate in leadership calls, stand-ups, and review sessions to monitor team performance and ensure quality compliance.
• Collaborate with architecture roles to align technology with business objectives.
• Define configuration management processes with the Configuration Management Specialist.
• Support new business pursuits and validate estimates as needed.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of total experience, with at least 4+ years in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
• Experience with Canvas Apps, Portal Development, Power Automate, Azure DevOps, and Power Platform suite.
• Proven client relationship skills, strong communication, mentorship abilities, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work proactively in ambiguous situations and take initiative.

The pay range for this remote role is $65-$90.67/hour, depending on experience and location. The position may include incentive compensation.
