This role focuses on delivering high-quality implementations, guiding senior consultants, and building strong client partnerships across finance, purchasing, sales, inventory, and distribution.

The position is fully remote across the USA or Canada, with travel up to 30% annually.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience implementing and supporting ERP solutions such as Dynamics NAV or D365 BC.
• Proven experience leading functional ERP projects and client engagements.
• Strong understanding of finance, purchasing, sales, inventory, and distribution processes.
• Experience managing multiple projects and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead D365 Business Central implementations from discovery through deployment and ongoing support.
• Oversee functional solutions across finance, purchasing, sales, inventory, warehousing, and distribution.
• Translate business needs into ERP solutions that improve processes, controls, and reporting.
• Manage project delivery, budgets, timelines, risks, and resources across client engagements.
• Develop long-term client relationships and identify opportunities to expand services.
• Maintain high delivery standards across solution design, configuration, testing, documentation, and training.

Experience

• Proven experience leading functional ERP projects and client engagements.
• Strong understanding of finance, purchasing, sales, inventory, and distribution processes.
• Experience managing multiple projects, client relationships, and competing priorities.
• Background in mentoring consultants and improving delivery performance.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, information systems, or a related field.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of reporting, data migration, testing, and ERP implementation methodologies.
• Manufacturing experience is an advantage.
