Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking a Microsoft Dataverse & Power Apps Developer to design, build and maintain enterprise-grade solutions on the Power Platform in a hybrid role in Columbia, SC.

The position requires 5+ years hands-on Power Apps development, Dataverse data modeling, security, and experience with Power Automate, connectors, and Azure integrations. Remote work is allowed 3 days per week with 2 days in the office in Columbia.

Qualifications

• Must hold Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics Certification or have 5+ years of equivalent hands-on experience
• 5+ years of Hands-on Power Apps Development (model-driven and canvas)
• 5+ years of experience developing solutions using Dataverse, including advanced data modeling and security architecture
• Experience with Power Automate for building complex workflows and integrations
• Experience creating and managing custom connectors, APIs and Integrations with Azure Services
• Solid understanding of Power Platform environments, ALM, solution management, DevOps and Deployment pipelines
• Proficiency with JavaScript, PowerFx, and low code extensibility patterns

Microsoft Dataverse & Power Apps Developer

Why is this position open: New Position - The Microsoft Dataverse & Power Apps Developer will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, architects, and other technical teams to design, build, enhance, and maintain enterprise-grade solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform.

Possibility for Extension: Yes

Work Location: Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days remote).

Candidate Location: Candidate MUST be a SC, NC, or GA resident AND willing to commute to Columbia, SC 2 days/week to start.

• Experience with enterprise data governance and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, NIST, PCI, etc.)
