Job summary

TM Floyd & Company seeks an experienced Microsoft Dataverse & Power Apps Developer to join a collaborative team focused on enterprise application development. You will design, develop, and maintain Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) while building robust Dataverse structures and complex automations.

Hybrid work is offered; candidates must reside in South Carolina and commute to Columbia two days a week. Key responsibilities include creating custom connectors, integrating with Azure services,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Power Apps development (canvas and model-driven).
• 5+ years of Dataverse development with advanced data modeling and security.
• Strong experience with Power Automate, complex workflows, and integrations.
• Experience with custom connectors, APIs, and Azure integrations.
• Strong understanding of Power Platform environments, ALM, solution management, DevOps, and deployment pipelines.
• Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics certification OR 5+ years of equivalent hands-on experience.
• College degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power Apps solutions using canvas and model-driven apps.
• Build and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, forms, views, business rules, APIs, and security roles.
• Develop complex automated workflows and integrations using Power Automate.
• Create custom connectors and integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure services and enterprise apps.
• Support troubleshooting across development, test, and production environments.
• Partner with product owners, analysts, architects, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Apply best practices for solution architecture, governance, data modeling, ALM, security, and deployment.
• Maintain technical documentation and support monitoring, auditing, logging, and compliance.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power Apps solutions using both canvas and model-driven apps
• Build and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, forms, views, business rules, APIs, and security roles
• Develop complex automated workflows and integrations using Power Automate
• Create custom connectors and integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure services and enterprise applications
• Support troubleshooting across development, test, and production environments

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Power Apps development, including model-driven and canvas apps
• 5+ years of Dataverse development, including advanced data modeling and security architecture
• Strong experience with Power Automate, complex workflows, and integrations
• Experience with custom connectors, APIs, and Azure integrations
• Strong understanding of Power Platform environments, ALM, solution management, DevOps, and deployment pipelines
• Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics certification OR 5+ years of equivalent hands-on experience
• College degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Experience

• Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure API Management
• Dynamics 365 CE and extended Dataverse capabilities
• Enterprise data governance and compliance frameworks, such as HIPAA, NIST, or PCI
• Power BI reporting integrations
• Power Platform and Azure AD security architecture
• Certifications such as PL-400, PL-600, or AZ-900
