Job Description

Responsibilities:

Architecture and design

• Lead the design and architecture of technical solutions for dynamics 365 F&O ensuring scalability performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide expert advice on integration strategies system performance optimization and best practices for customizing D365 F&O

Customization and configuration

• Customize and configure dynamics 365 F&O to meet specific client requirements including modifying workflows forms reports and system logic.
• Develop extensions using X Visual Studio and other Microsoft tools to tailor the application to client needs
• Implement data models bad jobs and complex workflows to automate and streamline business processes.

System integration

• Lead the integration of D365 and now with other enterprise systems third party applications and external data sources.
• Design and implement data exchange protocols and ensure seamless data flow between systems.

Development and custom coding

• Write custom code in X + C and other programming languages to extend D365 F&O functionality.
• Develop can manage complex reports, dashboards and queries using power BI, SQL Server reporting services and D365 reporting tools.
• Implement advanced business logic, custom forms and data processing rules in line with business requirements.

Data migration and management

• Oversee and manage data migration processes including extraction, transformation and loading of data from legacy system into dynamics 365 F&O.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems and manage data validation processes.
• Develop tools and scripts to facilitate data migration and integration.

Performance optimization

• Analyze and optimize system performance identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions for improved system efficiency and scalability.
• Monitor system usage, performance metrics and logs to ensure optimal functioning and timely issues resolution.

Requirements:

• 6 – 9 years of relevant consulting or industry experience
• Implementation experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP systems
• A minimum of 2 full life cycle Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementations
• Proficiency in integration tools with knowledge of data entities
• Strong programming and project delivery skills
• Experience in data migration and ETL processes.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
• Strong problem solving and communication skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
• Understanding of cloud based SAAS and PAAS market offerings.
• Knowledge of D365 FS (SSRS), X++, C#, Web Services, File based integrations, LogicApps, Azure Data Lake, Power Platform, DMF, Workflows and Reporting
