Responsibilities

• Design and architect Microsoft Co-Pilot solutions aligned with business needs and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess requirements, identify challenges, and propose innovative AI-powered solutions.
• Provide technical leadership for the implementation and customization of Microsoft Co-Pilot applications.
• Integrate Microsoft Co-Pilot with Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel) and relevant third-party solutions.
• Ensure AI solutions are secure, scalable, and reliable while adhering to best practices.
• Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and deliver impactful demonstrations of Co-Pilot capabilities.
• Mentor and guide technical teams on AI adoption strategies and best practices.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, AI trends, and Microsoft advancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise-level solution architecture, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AI, and Power Platform.
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI-powered applications.
• Microsoft certifications in Azure AI or Microsoft 365 (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent communication abilities.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI/ML model integration and natural language processing (NLP).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API and advanced data integration techniques.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
• Previous experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
