Job summary

Quisitive is seeking a Microsoft Change Management Consultant to help clients adopt Copilot, Cowork, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Purview, and related technologies. You’ll facilitate conversations, design practical action plans, and drive adoption across business teams.

This remote role requires occasional travel and favors candidates in or near Houston, east Texas, or western Louisiana. You’ll work with a delivery team to translate capabilities into business value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in organizational change management, technology adoption, training, communications, or consulting.
• Experience with Copilot and/or Cowork change management experience required.
• Experience supporting technology implementation projects in a client-facing environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, Purview or similar technologies.
• Understanding of change management principles and frameworks such as ADKAR or Prosci.
• Strong written communication, presentation, facilitation, and active listening skills.
• Ability to stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and work independently as part of a delivery team.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.

• Support change management activities for Microsoft technology projects.
• Conduct stakeholder, readiness, and change impact assessments and turn the findings into clear, actionable change plans.
• Build and execute communication, training, sponsor engagement and reinforcement plans that help users embrace change.
• Spot resistance and adoption risks early and help clients address them before they stall progress.
• Help clients adopt Microsoft Copilot, Cowork and AI-enabled ways of working.
• Translate technical capabilities into practical business value and role‑based use cases.
• Support champion networks and AI literacy efforts that build confidence and trust across business teams.
• Define adoption success measures and use usage data and user feedback to adjust the approach and show results.
• Develop enablement materials, including user guides, FAQs, training content, and adoption playbooks.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, office hours, and stakeholder discussions.
• Work closely with project managers, technical consultants, solution architects, and client teams as part of one delivery team.
• Identify adoption risks and resistance and help clients address them proactively.
• Contribute to Quisitive's change management tools, methods, and best practices.

Quisitive is looking for a Change Management Consultant to help clients adopt Microsoft Copilot, Cowork, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Purview, and other Microsoft technologies. This hands‑on role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys working with people, facilitating conversations, and turning change strategies into practical action.

White this is a remote position, some travel is required. We prefer candidates located in Houston, east Texas or western Louisiana.
