Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Architect to lead security architecture across the enterprise from Addison, TX. The role focuses on governance, regulatory alignment, and scalable M365 solutions with strong collaboration across security and compliance teams.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in architecture, expertise in IAM/CA, and a proven ability to translate complex security requirements into enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 designs.

Qualifications

• College degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 10+ years of architecture and engineering across email services.
• Expert knowledge of collaboration services (cloud/on-prem) and Directory solutions incl. CA and IAM.
• Expert knowledge of Security/Compliance and Data Loss Prevention; data classification and deployment duties.
• Strong documentation skills including network/data flows; proficient in ITIL and Agile.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of M365 security, compliance, governance, and risk management enterprise-wide.
• Define and maintain security/compliance frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements and policies.
• Architect cloud-based productivity solutions with data protection, governance, identity security, and scalability.
• Provide architectural leadership for Microsoft 365 services including controls, monitoring, audit readiness, governance.
• Collaborate with Cyber Security, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Audit, and Tech teams to meet security/regulatory needs.

Our client, Enterprise Technology & Security organization is seeking a Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Architect to join their team. As a Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Architect, you will be part of the Security Architecture & Governance team supporting enterprise engineering and compliance stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder communication, a self-driven problem-solving mindset, and the ability to translate complex security requirements into scalable Microsoft 365 architecture that aligns with enterprise standards.

Location:Onsite required in Addison, TX

Pay Range: $75-$80/hr

What's the Job?

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, governance, and risk management solutions across the enterprise.
• Define and maintain security and compliance frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and industry best practices.
• Architect cloud-based productivity solutions with a focus on data protection, information governance, identity security, regulatory compliance, automation, scalability, and resiliency.
• Provide architectural leadership for Microsoft 365 services, including security controls, compliance capabilities, monitoring, audit readiness, and governance processes.
• Partner with Cyber Security, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Audit, and Technology teams to ensure solutions meet enterprise security and regulatory requirements.

What's Needed?

• College degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 10+ years of experience with architecture and engineering across email services.
• Expert-level knowledge of collaboration services (cloud and on-premise) and cross-platform Directory solutions, including Conditional Access and Identity & Access Management.
• Expert-level knowledge of Security/Compliance and Data Loss Prevention, including data classification and deployment/configuration/admin responsibilities.
• Strong architecture documentation skills (including network/data flows and test scope), excellent verbal and written communication, and experience with ITIL foundational and Agile process methodologies.
